Archived publishers

Publishers a person archived, usually because their ads.txt or app-ads.txt kept returning 404 on several different days. The system does not know whether the site itself is gone. They left the Publisher UI, the prospecting desk and the crawler; all their history is kept and they can be brought back. Not the same as archived conversations in Email Intel.

Not the same as Excluded: an excluded publisher still exists and took our DIRECT line off its file.

The publisher's detail page only opens again after it is unarchived.
